In order to speed up warranty claims we now utilise an online ticket system.

Every claim is assigned a unique number which you can use to track the progress and respond online.
A valid email address is required to submit a claim.
Once submitted you will receive an email with the claim number and a link to the ticket

  1. Please submit a claim within 7 days from when you were notified of a fault by your customer.
  2. If you are a Servicing Dealer please send us the replaced item(s) within 7 days of the repair for inspection.
  3. Please bag items to protect them from packaging, damage or contamination and clearly label the package and item(s) with the claim number with your contact details.
  4. We will examine the item(s) and, if approved, repair, refund or replace the item(s) also within 7 days.
  5. If warranty is not granted we will explain why and where appropriate offer to repair the item at an agreed price.

Using this system we will be able to provide complete archives and history of all your warranty requests.
